Frequently Asked Questions

What specific therapies or treatments are your therapy rooms suitable for?

Our rooms suit face-to-face talking therapies, including psychotherapy, counselling, psychodynamic and integrative work, CBT, EMDR, and work with adults, adolescents and young people. They are quiet, private, and set up for confidential one-to-one sessions and couples or small-group work. We also have a dedicated bodywork room.

We're a community of around 30 practitioners, so the space is used to the needs of therapists - calm, neutral décor, comfortable seating, and a professional, private feel for clients.
